1. Seller

This page is a public offer to conclude a contract for access to the online course "AI Course by Helen Kotenko" (the Course). The Course is provided by:

By paying for the Course you accept all terms of this offer, and the contract is considered concluded at the moment of payment.

2. What you buy

The Course is a set of recorded video lessons, PDF notes, homework assignments with personal written feedback from Helen Kotenko, a WhatsApp group for participants and live Q&A sessions. The program, the number of lessons and the schedule are described on the course page.

The Course is a digital service. It is delivered online through the student area of this website. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the course page in euros. Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the payment provider WayForPay. Card data is entered on the provider's secure page and is never visible to the Seller.

Payments are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia at the current exchange rate. The amount on your bank statement may differ slightly from the price in euros depending on the exchange rate and the fees of your bank.

The Course can be paid in full or in two parts. With payment in two parts, the first part is paid when you join and the second part two weeks later. The link for the second payment is sent to your email. Access to the lessons that follow the second payment date opens after the second payment is received.

4. Access

After payment you receive an email with the link to the student area. You create your own password with the email used for payment. Access to the lessons opens on the start date of the Course.

Access to the lessons and materials remains open for 2 months from the start date of the Course: one month of study and one more month to rewatch the lessons and finish your work.

Access is personal. Sharing your login, the videos, the PDF notes or other materials with other people, publishing them or reselling them is not allowed. In this case access may be closed without a refund.

5. Homework and feedback

Homework assignments are sent through the student area. Only you and Helen Kotenko can see your homework and the feedback. Feedback is given in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian or Polish, as you prefer.

The works you create during the Course belong to you.

6. Refunds

You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you write to us before the start date of the Course and before access to the lessons has been opened for you.

The Course is digital content that is made available immediately on the start date. By paying for the Course you expressly agree that access to the digital content begins on the start date, and you acknowledge that once access to the lessons has been opened, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract and the payment is not refundable.

If the Course cannot take place for reasons on the Seller's side, the full amount is refunded.

Refunds are made to the same card within 14 days of the request. To request a refund, write to helenkotenko.course@gmail.com from the email used for payment.

7. Results

The Course teaches methods and tools. Your results depend on your own work and practice, so specific income, followers or clients cannot be guaranteed.

AI services used in the Course (for example Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT or Claude) are third party services with their own subscriptions and terms. Their prices and features may change, and the Seller is not responsible for them.

8. Liability

The Seller does everything possible for the Course to work without interruptions. Short interruptions caused by hosting providers, video platforms or other third parties are not considered a breach of the contract.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

The Seller may update this offer. The version that was published at the moment of your payment applies to your purchase. This contract is governed by the law of Ukraine. Any questions can be resolved by writing to helenkotenko.course@gmail.com.
